Lily is such a wonderful help to me. Every day she does little things to make my life easier. She does her chores daily, rarely ever complaining. She wants to learn how to do knew things, and continues to grow up more every single day.
Well, on Saturday, my ankles that I had injured on Thursday night, were hurting badly because I had walked on them too much on Friday. And so when I looked outside at the falling snow, I knew there was no way I could shovel the driveway a second time that day. It was then that my big helper stepped in.
Lily went out and shoveled the driveway for me (and for only $0.50). It was a huge help, and she was such a trooper to do it, and for the very first time. It is nice to know I can always count on my sweet Lily :).
